HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

  • Step 1: Call our office at 405-273-0161. The receptionist will take a referral that will ask questions regarding your situation.
  • Step 2: The referral then goes to the case manager or director. A background check will be conducted. If there is a clean record; you will receive a call to come in for an interview. (This typically occurs within 24-48 hours)
  • Step 3: Your interview will typically be scheduled within 1-3 days after you call and pass the background check. Depending on the availability of the director and case manager.
  • Step 4: After your interview; the staff will discuss the interview. Expect a call within 48 hours to confirm whether you have been admitted into the program or if we have decided another resource is best.
  • Step 5: Once you have been accepted into the program, typical move in date is 1-2 days.
  • Step 6: After move in; you are officially in the program and we begin working with you on meeting goals that are set in case management.
